Bahubali
is a 2015 Indian epic historical fiction film directed by S.S.Rajamouli in Tamil
n Telugu and released on July 10th 2015. Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Thamanna, Anushka shetty acted in lead
roles. Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan, Nassar, sudeep appear in supporting roles.
Film’s first part is produced at a cost of 120 Crores and with second part the
total cost would be 250 Crores. The first part’s total collection is 650
Crores.
Bahubali
portrays the history of the kingdom Magilmathi with Prabhas as Bahubali
attaining throne after the victory in the war with Kalakeyas. Though Rana Daggubati – Ballala Deva killed the
kalakey's King, Sivagami the Queen of Magilmathi did not allow him to swear in
as King. Finally Ballala Deva kills Bahubali with manipulation of Katappa,
Military Chief. The escaped kid Shiva of Bahubali returns to Magilmathi to meet
his prisoned Mother Devasena. Siva escapes with his Mother Devasena and beheads
Ballala deva’s son Bhadra. Kattappa realising that Siva is son of Bahubali, drops his weapons and surrenders to Siva.
The war
sequences were shot with lot of expense and is astonishing.
